Come in light, comfortable clothing such as a T-shirt and leggings, as well as socks.

During the first session, the facilitators will provide you with costumes that you can keep all year round (deposit applicable).

Nihon Buyô, or classical Japanese dance performed in kimono, derives mainly from Kabuki dance (classical Japanese theater).

Enjoy gentle, graceful movements to exercise muscles, improve posture and balance, and relieve daily stress.

We dance in kimono with exotic music and we share a special moment.
