• I have signed the Association’s Member Charter and, as such, I agree to respect all of its provisions.

• By becoming a volunteer, I actively contribute to the development of the Association and play my part in bringing Luxembourg Accueil’s activities and values to life:

1. Welcome with Kindness: As a volunteer, I welcome everyone with warmth and respect, helping to create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.

2. Support with Empathy: I listen to participants’ needs and offer help, encouragement and support with kindness and patience.

3. Share with Generosity: Sharing is at the heart of Luxembourg Accueil. I encourage connections and exchanges between members and generously share my knowledge and experience, helping to create a positive and enriching community.

• As a volunteer, I am encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting, as well as training sessions and Team events.

​

• I respond promptly when Luxembourg Accueil asks for help, making it easier to organise our various events and avoiding the need for repeated follow-ups.

​

• I regularly take part in the Welcome Café and help welcome visitors and members to Luxembourg Accueil.

​

• If I encounter any difficulties, need advice, have a suggestion or would like to take an initiative, I do not hesitate to ask the Committee for support.

​

• If I decide to step down from my volunteer role, I inform the Committee as early as possible and, whenever possible, help find someone to take over before I leave.
