Nordic Walking is the perfect work-out in which you are engaging up to 90% of your muscles.
We meet twice a week in Bambësch for 1h30 training session: on Wednesday at 18h30 and on Sunday at 10h00.
We first warm-up, in the middle of the walk we train our cardio with the Tabata method, then we finish with a good stretching.

Included : 2 sessions a week all year long and a mandatory training session.
