💡Additional information
Nordic walking is the perfect discipline to work up to 90% of our muscle chain.
We meet all year round, twice a week in Bambesch for 1.5 hour sessions: Wednesday at 6.30 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m.
We start with a warm-up, in the middle of the session we do cardio with the Tabata method, then we finish with stretching.

The price of the activity includes 2 training sessions per week all year round - even during the holidays - and the compulsory learning course to join the group.
